Signing on from 7:30am on race day. Riders must bring ACU License and Helmet for inspection
Practice & qualifying: 9:30am and Racing to start at 10:30am.

Entry Fees: £50.00 Adults & £40 85s
ACU Day Licenses available @ £15.00 per rider
Payment by Bank Transfer only in advance of the event. Strictly no payment on the day.
Cancelled entries will not be charged as long as you notify the club by 12pm on the Wednesday prior to the event at the latest.
Closing date is the Thursday prior to the event. Strictly no late entries and no entries on the day!

Signing on from 7:30am on race day.
If you intend camping on Saturday please arrive no later than 9:45pm. Gates open at 4pm and will be locked at 10pm sharp!
All participants must bring their ACU license to signing on for inspection unless riding on a day license.
SPECTATORS NOW WELCOME
Spectators are welcome. Entry is £5 per adult payable in cash at the gate. Children under 16 get in free.
Bikes will need to be be subject to technical inspection at the request of the technical officer.
Camping will be available on site for riders from 4pm on Saturday 17th February.
BANK TRANSFER ONLY
No cheques or cash payment must be made by bank transfer once you have been instructed to do so by the secretary.
Entries will be accepted in order so sending payment without an entry will not guarantee you a ride
This event is held under the National Sporting Code of the Auto-cycle Union, the standing regulations, Supplementary Regulations and Any Final instructions issued for the meeting. The ACU National Sporting code and standing regulations are published annually in the ACU handbook.
