West Meon, Petersfield. Signposted off the A272 (where the A32 crosses the A272).

Signing on from 7:30am on race day. All participants must bring their NORA Annual or One Event Licence for inspection.
Practice & qualifying: 9:30am and Racing to start at 10:30am.

Crash Helmets will be inspected in the pit box before entering the track for practise and must be in an acceptable condition and have an approved sticker.
All riders and passengers must wear suitable body armour.

Initial Instructions
Please read in full before entering this event. Final instructions will be issued on confirmation of entry.

Entry Fees: £50.00 for all Solos, £45.00 for Rookies and 85s & £60.00 Sidecars
NORA Motorsport Annual Licence or One Event Day Licences (rider and passenger) required at signing on.

Payment by Bank Transfer only in advance of the event and within 72 hours of receiving your confirmation email with payment details. Strictly no payment on the day.
Cancelled entries will not be charged as long as you notify the club by email before the Monday before the event at the latest.
Closing date is the Monday prior to the event. Strictly no late entries and no entries on the day!

SIGNING ON
Signing on from 7:30am on race day.
If you intend camping on Saturday please arrive no later than 9:45pm. Gates open at 4pm and will be locked at 10pm sharp!
All participants must bring their NORA licence (Annual or One Event) to signing on for inspection.

SPECTATORS NOW WELCOME
Spectators are welcome. Entry is £5 per adult payable in cash at the gate. Children under 16 get in free.

TECHNICAL INSPECTION
Bikes will need to be be subject to technical inspection at the request of the technical officer.

CAMPING
Camping will be available on site for riders from 4pm on Saturday 1st March.

BANK TRANSFER ONLY
No cheques or cash payment must be made by bank transfer once you have been instructed to do so by the secretary.

Entries will be accepted in order so sending payment without an entry will not guarantee you a ride

Already have a Race Result transponder unit

We will be using the Race Result timing system at this event which will require all riders to have a transponder on their bike. Transponders can be hired on the day for £10 if you do not currently have a Race Result unit. Note that no other transponder will be compatible with the Race Result system and you will need to leave a driving license or bank card as a security deposit if hiring a unit on the day.
TRANSPONDER NUMBER: If you already have a Race Result transponder then enter the transponder number. Enter X if you wish to hire a unit on the day.

By submitting this document, I am stating that the information given is correct and I have read and agree to the declaration as written.

I, the undersigned, apply to enter the event described in this entry form. In consideration of being permitted to participate in this event I declare as follows: That I have read the Codes of Practice and Regulations for NORA 92 Ltd, the Event Regulations and entry form (when applicable) and I agree to be bound by them in every respect. That I am fit and not suffering from any physical or mental disability which would impair my safe participation in the event. I undertake to inform NORA 92 Ltd immediately should any change in my condition occur which I have reason to or ought to have reason to believe would affect my ability to participate in this competition. That I have completed a medical questionnaire form (as requested during your licence application) and that I will inform NORA 92 Ltd should my medical status have changed. As a participant I may be exposed to the risk inherent in motor sport and that I am prepared to take such risks. I further agree that I shall not seek to claim against NORA 92 Ltd, the organisers, their officials, the land owners, the promoter or other bodies or individuals connected with the event(s) in respect of any damage to my property howsoever caused, and whether by negligence or breach of statutory duty of the said bodies or persons. NORA 92 does not provide personal accident insurance other than through annual licences.

By entering this event you are agreeing to pay your entry fee even if you do not turn up. The only exception is where you cancel your entry by EMAIL ONLY to the club secretary BEFORE 6PM on the Monday prior to the event. If you fail to cancel and don't show up the club will expect payment within 7 days or we will take measures to recover the cost, In addition to this no further entries will be taken until this has been settled.

 

I confirm I am over 18 years of age or the parent / guardian of the youth rider and give my consent for them to participate in this event.
